CSU Basic Needs Funding Opportunities
The CO recently posted multiple grant opportunities to the Basic Needs Initiative website. I’d appreciate if you would share these with your Academic Senate colleagues and Faculty on your campus. Call for Nominations: Edward M. McAleer Jr. Excellence and Innovation Awards
The Edward M. McAleer Jr. Excellence and Innovation Awards recognizes and rewards excellence among faculty, staff and administrators in CSU Professional and Continuing Education (PACE) Note that there is an award for faculty/student collaboration. The deadline for nominations is February 18, 2019.
Call for Proposals: Arts Under the Stars
The Center for Integrative Studies (CIS) and Student Research proudly support the Arts Under Stars program. The SAGE student research conference and Arts Under The Stars are partnering to celebrate student research and creative activities at CSU Channel Islands May 3 & 4 2019.
The Call for Research and Creative Proposals for the 2019 Arts Under the Stars program is now available. The deadline for proposals is December 9, 2018 at 11:59 PM.
Students can help create, plan, and develop both events by enrolling in PA/ART 391.
This year’s AUTS theme is Metamorphosis. Please share this information with students and encourage their participation. If you are interested in having a class or research project partner with AUTS, please submit a proposal.
